Venue Details

• The Ford Amphitheatre offers a full complement of alcoholic beverages to our guests who are of legal age. There is a two drink maximum per person at any onetime sale, which on certain shows may be reduced to one. The Ford Amphitheatre has a right to decline sale of such beverage to a guest at any time. Alcohol laws are strictly enforced.
• From New Tampa, Ocala: Take I-75 South. Take Exit 261 and merge onto I-4 West. Take I-4 West to the US-301 (Exit #7), toward US-92 West, Hillsborough Ave. / Busch Gardens. Merge onto US-301 South toward Riverview / State Fairgrounds. The fair entrance will be on your immediate right.
  
  From Bradenton, Sarasota: Take I-75 North towards Tampa. Take Exit 260B onto Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd East/FL -574 West. Go west approximately 2.5 miles. The fair entrance will be on your right after you pass US-301.
  
  From Orlando, Lakeland: Take I-4 West toward Tampa. Take the US-301 (Exit #7) toward US-92 West, Hillsborough Ave. / Busch Gardens. Merge onto US-301 South toward Riverview / State Fairgrounds. The fair entrance will be on your immediate right.
  
  From Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg: Take I-275 North towards I-4. Merge onto I-4East (Exit 45B) toward Orlando. Take I-4 East to Martin Luther Kind, Jr. Blvd (Exit 5) and go east for approximately two miles. The fair and amphitheatre entrance will be on your left after you cross Orient Road.
• Parking fees are included with the price of your ticket. Premier Parking is available for a limited number of vehicles for $20.00 per vehicle. These parking spaces are only available online. You may reserve one by following the links on the tickets page.
• The Amphitheatre is fitted with full service and special needs accessible restrooms. A family restroom is located next to the main concession stand closest to the First Aid room in the East Plaza.
• Smoking is not allowed inside this venue. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.
• Overnight camping is not allowed.
• The Box Office accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, MasterCard?, Visa?, American Express Box Office There is a $5.00 service charge per ticket for window sales only.
• The Ford Amphitheatre offers ATM service to our guests located in the West and East Plazas.
• There are no refunds or exchanges for unused tickets. All shows are rain or shine. In the case of a canceled or rescheduled event, refunds are available from the original point of purchase.
• Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Open weekends for On Sales and Show Days only
• Items allowed in this venue include small backpacks (daypacks), pocketbooks, purses and handbags (subject to search), binoculars, blankets (no tarps), strollers, and sand or lawn chairs (seat bottom no higher than 9" off the ground and seat back no higher than 24"). Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
• The venue is staffed with security personnel to provide a safe and friendly environment.

• During large shows, a courtesy shuttle bus runs between the parking lots and the Amphitheatre entrances. For select shows, a courtesy shuttle bus runs from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino to the Amphitheatre.

• Items not allowed in this venue include professional cameras with S, M, or L detachable lenses, audio and video recorders, alcoholic beverages or soft drinks, large or hard coolers, weapons of any kind (this includes pocket knives and watch chains), laser pointers, and glass or metal containers.
• Group seating is available for parties of 20 or more. Please call the Box Office for more information.
• Moderate tailgating is allowed. Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and Alcohol Compliance will be monitoring the parking lots to ensure safety and enforce alcohol policies. Please limit tailgating to your own parking space.
• Merchandise will be available in the East and West Plazas throughout the performance.
• All guests must wear shirts, shoes, and pants. Venue management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.
• All guests are subject to a metal-detector screening, bag and stroller inspection, visual inspection, and other levels of screening subject to artist and management discretion.
• The Ford Amphitheatre provides wheelchair accessible seating.
• The venue is staffed with licensed paramedics who are both staffed at the First Aid room and roaming the grounds.
• Babes in arms (children up to two years of age) may enter free of charge, but must sit on an adult's lap for the performance. All other children must have a ticket.
• The Ford Amphitheatre is the first outdoor, state-of-the-art concert facility of its kind serving the greater Tampa Bay Area. The Ford Amphitheatre opened in 2004 and features over 9,500 reserved seats under a one of a kind canopy. In addition, the general admission festival lawn provides a unique open-air concert experience for nearly 10,000 fans. The Ford Amphitheatre?features top-name entertainers with excellent sound and sightlines, along with two 20?x30? video screens located on each side of the Main Stage and newly added, technology advanced LED screens on the festival lawn area.?We look forward to bringing you a new and exciting realm of live, outdoor entertainment for Tampa Bay and all of Florida.

• Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office from the time the gates open until the headline artist takes the stage. A photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets, and confirmation number (if issued) are required. The Box Office will not release tickets to anyone other than the name on the account and does not accept Will Call from outside parties. Tickets provided by artists and radio stations are not provided to the Box Office until late afternoon on the day of show.
• A full service concession facility is located inside the Amphitheatre. Our guests may choose from a wide selection of food, including items from Papa John's Pizza and Starbucks. Guests may also choose from a selection of alcoholic beverages including frozen drinks and cocktails, as well as soft drinks and other non-alcoholic refreshments.
• The Ford Amphitheatre is currently hiring for Maintenance /Housekeeping, Guest Services, and VIP Club Staff team members. We also offer summer and winter internships. • No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Disposable and digital cameras without a flash are allowed when approved by the artist. Please call on the show day for more information.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. Re-entry is only allowed for special circumstances and must be approved by a staff member.
